I don't know what it is about this month. I have had a case of the blah's like no other.

It's the manic cheerfulness of it all, and all of the people telling you that you WILL be merry, God damn it!
Look at it this way: Windage's first Christmas, whether she remembers it our not, is a Big Event. Imagine seeing all those sparkly lights for the first time...
